What is knowledge management? It is knowing what your customers are thinking, feeling, and ultimately doing when they come in contact with your product or service. It is thinking long term about your business. It is being able to understand your customer better so that you can serve them better. The more you can understand your customer, the better you can market to them. And the better you can market to them the more sales you will make. Take any successful business, and behind the successful business is a company that is leveraging technology to their advantage.
